2009 Chinese Lunar celebrations may be over, but Xi Yan's signature Yusheng is far from over. Just by looking at these pictures, you'll see why this Yusheng puts all its fellow Yushengs to shame. Easily.
The generous serving of salmon, swordfish and octopus, unique honey and olive oil sauce (light but just the perfect combination), topped with fried popiah skin, is by far the best Yusheng I've ever tasted.
Not to mention some of my fav dishes (out of many):
-Green house tomatoes in wasabi sesame sauce
-Salivating chicken with century eggs & konnyaku noodles
-Pagoda dongpo pork belly with stuffing & mushrooms
-Shrimp paste fish with pomelo salad
